Parking
We recommend these two options for parking at our facility:
Garage Parking
The garage is located on 8th avenue, just south of the M-street Market. Upon entering the garage, veer left and park anywhere on floor B1. If you elect to park in the garage, we will validate your first hour. Anything after an hour becomes your responsibility.

Street Parking
You can find street parking on any of the surrounding streets. The rate is $1.50 per hour and is limited to 2 hour time blocks.
Referrals
Please click the link below to download our referral form. Simply fill the form out and click submit. The referral form will automatically be sent to us and we will take care of the rest. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies
All appointments require a minimum 48 hours notice for scheduling and cancellation. Cancelled appointments will be charged as follows:
- No charge for appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance
- Charged 50% of scheduled service fee for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance
- Charged 100% of scheduled service fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance

First Time Appointments
If you are planning your first visit to POTENTRx™, please review the following:
General Guidelines
Please wear comfortable athletic clothes and close-toed shoes, preferably running shoes, to your appointment. Refer to pre-appointment requirements in your paperwork. Some services have fasting requirements and exercise restrictions for optimal and accurate results.
Paperwork
Please make sure that all the necessary paperwork is filled out and turned in prior to your apppointment. If your paperwork is not complete, no service will be rendered.
Post Appointment
Showers are available for those that wish to take a shower after their appointment. The showers are located on floors B and B1, just inside the parking garage on the Southeast wall. Towels will NOT be provided so please bring your own.
