Eugene Pepper Toomey

Dr. Toomey attended University of North Dakota for both his undergraduate and medical school education. Following a residency at the May Graduate School of Medicine and fellowships in Trauma at Spital Davos (Switzerland) and Foot and Ankle at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, he has focused his career on foot and ankle surgery.
