Catz Sports Performance Center
Today, CATZ is at the forefront of a major trend. The obesity epidemic has had a profound effect on American adults and children. Obesity levels have risen dramatically (along with diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease) in both groups, driven by ignorance, poor nutrition and increasingly sedentary lifestyles. From California to Massachusetts, CATZ is having a positive impact on the obesity problem - one athlete, one kid and one family at a time.
Catz's programs are scientifically and clinically designed by certified strength and conditioning specialists, certified athletic trainers and physical therapists from the CATZ Physical Therapy Institute. They can improve anyone’s physical fitness, health and well-being.

Club ZUM
ZUM was created to encourage its members to embrace a life of vitality, awareness and unabashed enjoyment of the physical being.
ZUM was founded by Olympian Peter Shmock, who wanted to establish a community that practiced seasonal, cyclical exercise. This type of exercise encourages a balance of work, rest, and play, and discourages a “no pain, no gain” mentality.
Members at ZUM are given tools not typically provided by health clubs—such as house trainers that roam the floor helping members, sessions with a ZUM house trainer included in all memberships, and free membership events like rock climbing, private parties, and free entrance to local running events.
This intimate health-centered community just opened a brand new, state-of-the-art facility on 7th and Olive, as a literal indoor playground for adults, complete with monkey bars, climbing wall, slack line, sand pit, hopscotch and four square. As Seattle’s first urban playground, ZUM combines the art of fitness with the need for play. And that's what ZUM is about -- part zen, part play, and part speed -- the speed at which progress is possible with focus, forward thinking and expert guidance. At ZUM, you move up, on, and beyond.
