Have you ever wondered what weight to use when lifting, how many reps to do, how many sets to do, or how long to rest? If so, this assessment is perfect for you. Our exercise physiologists will put you through a full-body muscular assessment to determine what your 1-rep maxes are (the most amount of weight you can lift) for each exercise (goal-specific). This information will help us assign the correct load (weight), reps, sets and rest to help you achieve your strength training goals. Additionally, we will be able to determine any strength discrepancies between right and left, as well as, between antagonist/protagonist muscles.
